By joining an NPA Pawnbroker Peer Group,
1. I understand that to build trust and camaraderie within the group, I will attend all monthly meetings. If I consistently miss meetings without prior notice and valid reasoning, I will forfeit my place in the group.
2. I agree to openly participate, share, and learn from others in the group.
3. I understand an NPA staff member may be present on occasion and will contribute only if requested by the peer group.
4. I understand information heard in the group meetings is confidential. I will not share or disseminate this information to anyone outside the group.
5. I understand that, in providing resources and assistance to the group, NPA staff will be privy to information discussed in the group.
6. I understand the NPA is not responsible for the information generated by the group.
7. I understand the NPA cannot guarantee any results from my participation in the group. If I choose to act on recommendations made by the peer group or any individual participant, any negative or positive results that might occur are the result of my own personal choices.
8. I understand Pawnbroker Peer Groups are a NPA membership benefit and an active NPA membership is required for participation in the group. If I fail to pay my dues or renew my membership, I will be considered not active and will be removed from the group.
